Delivery delays due to COVID-19

We are open for business, however due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays.

At this time due to the corona virus, Royal Mail is being stretched in regards to the numbers of staff available.
Despite their best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption.
This is not one specific area, it has affected their operations across the UK.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these difficult times.

Please note, we take no responsibility for items which are delayed due to Royal Mail.

All self-adhesive vinyl lettering is made to order. Vinyl Lettering Online guarantees that you will get your order safe in the special, hard-backed envelope, or postal tubes where necessary. All products are shipped via end-to-end tracking service.

Our goal is to get your lettering delivered as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched next working day. We stock all colours of vinyl at all times so your order does not get held up due to stock issues. An e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched will automatically be sent to you.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked48 (Delivery aim 2-3 days. End-to-end tracking. SMS and/or email notification.)

  • If your order is over £50, you will automatically qualify for FREE Delivery
  • If your order is under £50, the shipping charge will be £3.30

Royal Mail Tracked24 (Delivery aim 1-2 days. End-to-end tracking. SMS and/or email notification.)

  • If your order is over £50, the shipping charge will be £2.28
  • If your order is under £50, the shipping charge will be £4.98

 

Delays

We take no responsibility for items which are delayed due to Royal Mail.

We cannot accept a claim for loss unless 10 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (7 working days Royal Mail Tracked items and 5 working days for Special Delivery Guaranteed).

We cannot accept a claim for loss of an International Tracked and Signed item unless at least 10 working days have passed since the item was due to be delivered.

Returns

If there is any problem with you vinyl lettering, please contact us via the website contact form.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will resolve any issues quickly.

Understandably, personalized and custom items may not be returned for a refund, unless we have clearly made an error or the vinyl lettering is faulty. In that case we'll refund the full amount or correct the order by sending out new goods and collecting the incorrect order if we deem it necessary.

Cancelations

Vinyl Lettering Online will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production.
If the order has not yet started the production process, you will only be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing the order along with credit card merchant fees on the charge & the refund.

If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You may be eligible for a refund of shipping costs at this point. You will be charged the full amount of the order for all orders cancelled at this stage.

Damage

Please examine the package and contents when you receive it. Any transport damage to the package or contents must be immediately reported.

Lost

We cannot accept a claim for loss unless 10 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (7 working days Royal Mail Tracked items and 5 working days for Special Delivery Guaranteed).
